Sitting fees need to be paid at the time of appointment.
A complete photography studio that can shoot on location, at your home, the park, or anyplace your heart desires. There is a .40¢ mileage charge beginning at Norfolk.

The $1250 Wedding Package
Includes six hours of coverage (four hours before wedding, the wedding and one hour at the reception), (1) 11x14, (2) 8x10's, (4) 5x7's and a CD of all the wedding shots taken on your big day.
When you book a wedding with Knapp Studios, a $250 down deposit needs to be paid up front to reserve your date. The rest of the fee, $1000, needs to be paid in full at the time of wedding. If not paid in full at the time of the wedding an additional $250 will be added to the total bill. Monthly payments are accepted up front.
Proofing
Proofing can happen three different ways at Knapp Studios:

Online Proofing Gallery - $45
An awesome way to share with friends and family that's quick and efficient. Public and private links are available. Online proofs are only made available for a two-week period. If pictures are not selected after a two-week period an additional $50 charge will be added to the total bill. -
Proof Book - $75*
A great way to preserve memories. The 8" x 10" proof book is spiral bound. It also comes with a protective film-cover and vinyl backing. 4-6 images appear per page. Yours to keep forever and ever. Picture orders will need to be placed two weeks after receiving Proof Book. If pictures are not selected after a two-week period an additional $50 charge will be added to the total bill. -
Individual Proofs - $45 to check out*
As it states, the proofs are presented individually. It is a great way to examine each image with a careful eye. Proofs need to be returned within two-weeks of release. If proofs are not returned within a two-week period an additional $50 charge will added to the final bill. Proofs will be made available for purchase after their return.
*Wedding customers receive CD and therefore, do not get a proofing option.
Ordering
Ordering must be done at the end of the two week proofing period, if not ordered within a two week period an additional $50 charge will be added to the total bill. At that time, discussions can also be held about retouching, special effects and digital art. Proofs can be sold individually or as a lot at this time.
When ordering remember that half of your bill will need to be paid up front. The other half can be paid at the time of the photographs' delivery. Photographs need to be picked up at Knapp Studios unless other arrangements have been made.

Wedding List
If you have chosen Knapp Studios for your special day, you will need to download the wedding list file (Adobe Acrobat File: Free Download) to help Knapp Studios manage your wedding day to near perfection. You will need to fill out and return to Knapp Studios at least two weeks before your wedding.
